  • Each order is a single purchase. Nothing renews and no card is stored.
  • 90 days to return, from delivery.
  • The keystone names the stone the courses bear on. It is not a warranty and not a health claim.
  • Texts are voluntary. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

CORE NUTRITIONALS LLC (EIN 26-0100715) publishes corelifenutrients.com and sells the products listed on it under the name CORE NUTRITIONALS. The terms below apply to every visit and every order, and by using the site or buying from it you accept them.

Scope of this agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole of the agreement covering your use of this website and anything you buy through it. They take effect the moment you use the site, place an order or opt in to messages, and they replace anything said elsewhere.

Age and capacity

Orders are accepted only from people aged 18 and above who are legally competent to contract. The same threshold applies to the text programme. We do not knowingly sell to, or message, anybody below that age, and an order placed in breach of this may be cancelled and refunded.

Nature of the goods

The Arch Line range consists of dietary supplements. Under United States law they are foods, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and no claim on this site should be read as saying otherwise. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results vary, and a qualified healthcare professional should be consulted first.

Consent to receive text messages

Where you give a mobile number and tick the consent box, you are agreeing under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) that CORE NUTRITIONALS may send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at that number. What that commits each side to is set out below.

Sending something back

The return window is 90 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at key@corelifenutrients.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.

Rights in this material

Copyright and related rights in this site rest with CORE NUTRITIONALS LLC or its licensors. Nothing on the site transfers any of those rights to you, and reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires written consent from us beforehand.

What we are and are not answerable for

CORE NUTRITIONALS LLC stands behind the products it sells and will put right what it gets wrong, up to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Jurisdiction

Any question about these terms is decided under North Carolina law and in the courts of North Carolina, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have where you live.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change. When they do, the new version appears on this page with the date it was revised, and carrying on using the site afterwards is how you accept it. The terms that govern an order are the ones published when you placed it.

Courses and withdrawals

If a course is reset, the diagram is recut that morning. The price you were told when the order was confirmed is the price.
